The article deals with the defense complex construction history in Siberia. The author discovers the peculiarities of military industrial potential reconstruction after it was evacuated from the Western parts to Siberia. The author analyses in detail the methods of construction material and technical basis improvement in Siberia and describes the ways of personnel recruitment. The article also deals with military-industrial construction management, difficulties, errors and drawbacks and the ways of solving these problems in order to achieve the aim.
