The article deals with that period of German-English relationship when they could transform into military confrontation as the result of military navy competition. The events of 1904-1905, 1907, 1908, 1909 and 1911 years referred to that period of time. The threat of possible war influenced great the relationship between two countries in 1904-1911. Eventually this fact played one of the most significant roles in starting the first world human catastrophe of 1914-1918.
