The Activity of the Voronezh Province's Land Administrations in Organization of Collective Farms (Kolkhoz) and State Farms (Sovkhoz) (1918-1919)

The article describes the activity of Voronezh province's land administration in organization of collective farms (kolkhoz) and state farms (sovkhoz) under social and life post revolutionary and civil war conditions in 1918-1919s. The author analyses the activity of land administrations, their status under wartime conditions as well as the influence of civil war and foreign intervention on the collectivization of agricultural industry and peasant poverty.
