Dynamics of deformation of Russian foreign trade structure is observed for the last century. Prevalence of raw import over raw export gives up the place to a sharp prevalence of the last. Export of agricultural production was replaced by prevalence of import. Export of raw materials has grown twice, export of semifinished items has decreased more then in 20 times. For the present the country did not become powerful power state. It has turned to be global supplier of raw materials, nature resources with significant prevalence of power sources. World financial and economic crisis caused great change in this situation.
