Three areas in the Altai-Sayan highland where siliceous mineral waters have been generated were allocated according to geostructural, hydrochemical and geothermal conditions. The chemical compound of siliceous waters from various Altai-Sayan highland deposits is adduced. It is noted that the siliceous waters containing in their structure biological components, hydrogen sulphide, carbonic acid, radon, fluorine have the strong balneological effect rendering beneficial influence on patients with leather, cardiovascular, bone-muscular and peripheral nervous systems diseases and also with chronic heavy metals poisoning.
