The Problems of Formation the Estimating System of the Municipal Bodies' Activity

The population of our country needs in the effective municipal management aimed at satisfaction of their wants. Today a law system for estimating the municipal bodies' activity based on President's of the Russian Federation Act of 28.04.2008 N607 is formed. The system of ratios containing in law acts has its positive and negative features. The arrangements which are submitted will enable to improve the system for estimating the municipal bodies' activity in city departments and municipal districts.
