The Concept of Balanced Scorecard as a Basic Element of Management

The article deals with the problems of implementation strategy with the help of a Balanced Scorecard (BSC), the factors and reasons for using this system in foreign and domestic enterprises are described. The variant of a Balanced Scorecard implementation is represented by the example of Close Corporation "Construction Concern "Altaipromstroy"".
