At the end of the 20th - the beginning of 21th centuries a new approach in researching problem of justice as the functioning of social mechanism became actual. It regulates social life and norms of behavior of social objects and individuals. This mechanism is aimed at overcoming injustice. It#s main components are: independency and interaction of social groups, possibility to obtain information, variety of ownership forms, etc. So, the main function of justice as a social mechanism is the creation of adequate conditions for accumulation, consolidation and realization of individual and society vital strength.
