In the work Yadrintsev#s and Potanin#s views on problems of patriotism as a way of cultural, social and civil integrating unity are considered. The main problem lies in the fact that oblastniki believe that awakening of patriotic feelings in a province favor the creation of Russian patriotism. The author determines that humanist regional cultural patriotic concept by Yadrintsev and Potanin acts in unity with spirituality, civil position and social and cultural activity of person. It is a strong way to develop cultural, social and civil integrating society.
