The Reason of the Failure of the Alexander#s I Reforms

The rule of Alexander I influenced greatly on the following development of Russia, which was impossible without abrogation of the serfdom and establishing the Constitution. However the question about the failure of the Alexander#s reforms has been remaining open till nowadays and has been demanding the solution.
