Particular Details of Forming the North-Caucasian Polycultural Society in Russia in After Reform Period: the Aspect of National Education

The article presents the analysis and valuation of cultural, educational and philanthropic societies in North Caucasus during after reform period. The author considers kinds and ways of performing charity to needy pupils and teachers. The role of philanthropic societies in educating and putting up the chain of general educational establishments has been taken up. Voluntary organizations were an important element in social and cultural spheres, they promoted raising the level of general education and literacy and also delivered new cultural tendencies to the society. They were important for strengthening interethnic cooperation while a polycultural society was being formed. All the urban ethnic groups were joined this process as well as forming the educational system.
