Social tourism as a travel subsidized by means of the state budget and means of employers, is recognized as effective method of people#s sanitation, smoothing of a social inequality in many countries. The international community influences on development of social tourism through the international organizations. In the USSR social tourism was considered as an integral part of the state social policy. In the modern Russia social tourism has not received development. The conceptual model of revival and development of social tourism in the Russian Federation is offered.
