The Macro-Level of the Cabinet Works Local Administration in the West Siberia (1747-1863)

The subjects of the research described in the article are organization of the top echelons of power, principles of its functioning, number and financing the main establishments, dynamics and results of administrative reforms and reorganization in the Altai mountain district. Author presents opportunities to use a system method of consideration in historical development. Article is based on impress quantity of archive sources.
