In this article participation of NKVD-NKGB bodies in the organization of enterprises evacuated from occupied areas working is considered. In war conditions the role of state security bodies consist in the control of military production, transportation of extremely scarce materials, raw materials, completing products and other especially important cargoes. The main problems which security officers came across were an abusing service position, mutual responsibility, a low labor discipline.
