Formation and Development of the Urals Bar (1922-1929)

The author analyzes influence of the bolshevik#s theoretical views on the Soviet Bar formation and on the role of the proletarian state in protection the separate person interests. The development of this juridical institute is considered in close communication with stages of new economic policy (NEP). The special attention is given to the analysis of changes in forms and directions of the bar activity in the end of the 1920s.
