Securing of the Food Safety of Western Siberia#s Agricultural Population in the First Half of 20s of the XXth Century

The article is concerned with the problem of food safety of Western Siberia#s agricultural population in early 1920s. The author defines a concept #food safety# and determines the factors which have influenced on the food problem in Western Siberia at that period.
