In 1950-1960 there was an increase in the number of workers at the enterprises of the light industry in the Far East. The workers# number accounts for 20,000 people, 95% of them were women. During this period personnel potential was forming. The system of the specialists# professional preparation was developing too. Sewing specialized schools, technical school of the light industry, factory specialized schools were organized. Engineers were sent to study at the specialized institutes. The solution of the personnel problems at the enterprises of the light industry helped to strengthen the resource and technical base of this sector.
