The Crash of Ivan#s the Terrible Reforms

In offered clause, on the basis of the civilized approach to historical process, the internal policy of the first Russian tsar Ivan the Terrible, concerning the estimation of which there is no common opinion in a domestic historiography till now.

Obtained as a result of studying this question data allow to look differently at the Russian historical process, having found out in it some unknown features before. At the same time, the results of this research have not only historical value, but also enable to estimate in a new way a condition of modern Russian political process.
