Training of Officers of Reserve in Civilian Institutes of Higher Education in Siberia during the Great Patriotic War

The training of officers and sergeants of reserve was resumed in civilian institutes under the Decision of the Council.

Special military subjects in each institute were stated by the People Commissariat of Defense and the Committee of the High School of the USSR. Military education of students consisted on military training in institutes and musters in the army. Students were called for musters in military regiments twice. Annually at the end of spring term they had exams in military training.
