Migration on territory of the Altai district has put before Stolypin#s immigrants a problem to adapt in a new nature-geographical inhabitancy. At the first stage of the arrangement it was natural conditions which rendered dominating influence on productivity of country work and defined success of immigrants adaptation in Altai. Climatic conditions of the Altai district less adapted for vital activity of immigrants from the central part of the country in the beginning of XXth centuries promoted orientation of migrants on long practical activities on development of a new environment. The creation and application of new agrotechnical methods and means was a result of the given process.
