In the article a collection of horse equipment components has been analyzed. Relying on the studied materials the existence of a special horse equipment complex in Minusinskaya Kotlovina in the IXth - VIth centuries B.C. has been concluded. The complex was formed earlier than the ones in the neighboring areas (Tuva, Altai, Kazakhstan, Eastern Turkistan). The analysis of the horse equipment and natural-climatic conditions allows to speak about Minusinskaya Kotlovina as one of the earliest Asian centers of forming nomadic way of life and horse equipment.
