The Program of Resettlements to East Areas of USSR 1939-1942: Ethnographic Aspects

The history of the state planning resettlements is considered in the article from the ethnographic point of view. The ethnic structure of immigrants, places of their home lands, number of migratory streams are defined. Characteristic of conditions of life of resettlements and problems of interethnic relationship in Siberia between immigrants and old settlers are considered in article also.
