Principles of Ethnonational Policy of Russian Federation at the Modern Period

The paper considers perspectives of development of ethnonational policy of Russian Federation. The author criticizes russian legislative acts, divulges ideas of scientifics. At the end of the paper the researcher proposes principles of function of russian ethnonational policy.
