Participation of Institutions of Political Search of Siberia in Liquidation of Criminal Extortionate Groups in 1913

In the article the activity of the police on maintenance of the public safety of citizens, complicated criminal conditions in Siberia in 1913, the growth of the criminal groups which are engaged in basic robberies of the official institutions, the expropriation of money resources are shown on a concrete historical material. The basic attention is given to the liquidation of extortionate gangs, the role of the department of police and participation of the gendarme staff in this process.
