In this article the procedure of plant-regenerates (Fragaria - cv. Selva, Primula pruhonicensis, Ribes aureum cv. Ida) adaptation for ex vitro conditions using hydroponic system is described. The following approach was used for adaptation (nutrient medium of 1/4 МС supplemented with 510 mg/l KH₂PO₄ at the first 10 days), and then the plant-regenerates were transferred to the medium of 1/4 МС supplemented with 1650 mg/l NH₄NO₃ (at the second 10 days).
