The article is dedicated to the informal political communications, its dug in process of the issue to information and influence upon mass consciousness and behavior. The special attention in article is spared rumour as one of the most wide-spread channel of information, reason of their appearance and popularity. The process of transmit of rumours, its components and psychological basis is considered in detail.
