On the basis of regional analysis of investigative and court practice actual procedural criminal errors made by investigators in the process of preliminary investigation of crimes are being considered in the article. The author presented them as a part of information base of court examination. If the info-base is taken into account it will be possible to examine the criminal case fairly and pass a just sentence.
