Public Prosecutor#s Supervision of procedural Activity of Agencies of Preliminary Investigation in View of Amendments to the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Russian Federation of 5th and 6th June 2007

The article is dedicated to the theoretical and practical problems of public prosecutor#s supervision of procedural activity of agencies of preliminary investigation in view of amendments to the code of criminal procedure of the Russian Federation (the federal law No 87, 90 of 5th and 6th June 2007). The author of the article offers some amendments to the criminal procedure legislation to increase the efficiency of this supervision.
