Article is devoted to the analysis of migratory processes of the Russian Germans in the end XIX - the beginning of XXI centuries and a problem of influence of migrations on dynamics of number of the German population in Western Siberia. Such reasons of change of number of Germans in Western Siberia, as voluntary resettlements of German peasants in the end XIX - the beginning of XX centuries, deportation of Germans in 1941, emigration of Germans from Russia which has got huge scales in the end XX - the beginning of XXI centuries are considered.
