Carrying out the analysis of experience of construction Russian army regarding creation of structures of management, practice of accommodation and use armies in the Far East have actual and practical significance in modern conditions. The author investigates tendencies in perfection of the military organization of Priamursky Region in view of expansion by the state of the problems which are put forward before armies Priamurskogo of military district. In given paper on the basis of new archival documents the full picture of creation of structures of management and the military organization of the Far East Russia in second half of XIX centuries is recreated.
