Since the end of the 20th century the historical cognition has been enduring essential transforming changes, which occur to the terms #the crisis of history#, #the radical turn# inside various challenges. And the investigators pay attention to the plurality of all these processes. According to it the cognitive and structural components of the crisis itself are singled out. It#s also called the crisis of growth and the methodological crisis and the crisis of the social function of history. As a result the condition of the science it self is considered by many investigators as a critical one. And the crisis itself becomes a constant in the history of the historical science. In fact the crisis of the historical science tends to be the crisis of the social institution.
