The article is dedicated to one of the most inconsistent and complex problems of Russian state - a provision of national safety to Russia, an importance aspect of which is spiritual safety. Special important in decision of this problem has a new comprehension of Siberia, as a region with original multinational culture, capable to get over nowadays and in future problems of such nature. The attempt of the decision of the problems of the conservation of regional cultural valuables belongs to #Siberian region# movement.
