Authority and Peasantry in Northern Caucasus in 1920s: the Forming of New Social-Political Realities

This article describes public moods of the population of Northern Caucasus. The author investigates the mechanism of realization of agrarian politics state on the Northern Caucasus, the skews, that had brought an aggravation of relations between authority and a society in the 20th century and the reasons of social protest of peasantry.
