Evolution of Forms and Methods of the State Support of Young Men to Decide a Housing Question in 1980-1990th

Rise and development of youth housing complexes (YHC) movement in Western Siberia is shown on an example of Novosibirsk and Kemerovo Regions. The special programs accepted in 1980-1990th and aimed to help youth in purchase of the accessible habitation are analyzed. An operational experience of the Russian Union of youth housing complexes (YHC) valuable both for the decision of socially significant problems, and development of state-private partnership actions is considered.
