Refugees and Civil Interned on the South of Western Siberia (1915-1920)

With the beginning of the First World War the mass forced migrations become an integral part of the Russian state policy and economy. In total it is possible to allocate three waves of inflow of the refugees connected with certain historical events, and also with features of economic policy of Russia. All three waves are characterized by prevalence of moving of the population on the state compulsion. As a whole movement of refugees is considered as the compelled migrations caused by adverse conditions, but in 1915-1920 it corresponded to concepts of #deportation#, #compulsory and violent migrations# more.
