In this article the basic organizations and their programs promoting successful integration and adaptation of scientific#Jews who have arrived from the USSR / CIS to Israel in 1985-2006, and factors interfering this process are allocated. Also in the article cited the statistical data which allow to characterize quantity and quality of an immigration stream from the USSR / CIS, to establish a degree of an involvement of Russian-speaking scientists– repatriates in the Israeli economy and its influence on economic development of Israel.
