P.I. Gaidenko and N.V. Postnov#s article #The 1096th Events: Unnoticed Pages of Church-Princely Relationship# is dedicated to issues of church-state interaction in Ancient Russia and to the problems of forming of study traditions and instruction traditions of the Church history, peculiarities of Kazan investigators# approach in XIX-XX century. The central thesis of the article is the issue concerning the dependence of church way of life of ancient Russian state feudalization processes, which is considered by the example of events of 1096th, which haven#t attracted specialists# attention before. It is also the first time the peculiar view question of Kazan scholars towards Church history is posed. That view is distinguished by critical analysis of sources and by attention posed on social-economical aspects. The succession of this approach question is also raised.
