The theoretical aspect of realization of corporate capital interests in the system of power and administrative relations is studied in the article. According to the authors, the need for political participation of corporations is presupposed by the realization of corporate interests (guaranteeing profit reproduction, expansion of resource basis) by means of interaction with power institutions. The article proves that the determinate basis of political interests of the large-scale business are economical interests. Therefore, the total of political guidelines on long-term aims achievement is the strategy of economic survival of an enterprise.
