Synthesis 4-(iminobenzenesulphoamido)-2,6-dimethoxypyrimidine

At the condensation 4-(aminobenzenesulphoamido)-2,6-dimethoxypyrimidine with appropriate 8-benzodioxane aldehydes were synthesized a new azomethines. The structures are confirmed by spectral methods. Is shown, what azomethine 2 have weak antitubercular activity against Mycobacterium tuberculosis H37 Rv at the concentration 6,25#12,5 Μg/ml in vitro.
