Computer Simulation Shaping Processes of Nickel Clusters in Nanoholes by the Monte Carlo Method

The purpose of the work is а research of the thermodynamic stability of nickel nanoclusters by Monte Carlo method.

As an example at the base differences of quantum-statistic models the energy dependence of nickel nanoclusters stabilization from system#s entropy is shown.

As a result of the work new dates of thermodynamic stability of nickel nanoclusters were being received. And theoretical ability of influencing on forming processes of nanomaterials with specified properties.
