In Vitro Propagation of Blackberry

It is established that necessary used 0.5#1.0•10^-6 M BAP during propagation stage. It is necessary supplemented S B₅ with 2•10^#6 M IBA for roots induction. Shoots cutting can be used during prolonged period of cultivation. It is necessary cultured of shoots cutting with 2#3 lateral buds n the medium for rooting (with 2•10^#6 M IBA).
