In Vitro Plants Regeneration of Pyrus Cotyledons Culture

Studying morphogenetic potentions of explants (cotyledon#s tissue) it was determined, that exogenous growth regulators were influenced on regeneration. The greatest frequency of shoot organogenesis (67%) was induced by 10^#5 M BAP and 2•10^#6 M NAA. It has been founded that risogenesis stopped when TIBA supplemented to medium with combinations of auxins and cytokinins. In vitro culture of Pyrus cotyledons BAP was the best inductor of buds regeneration comparative with IPA.
