The article deals with the problem of the international cooperation expansion which is connected with the training of the high qualified specialists in the field of economics who are able to communicate with their business partners having the level of intercultural professional and communicative competence. That is why it is necessary today to define the proper conditions to form intercultural professional competence which should correspond to the demands of new pedagogical paradigm.
