About the Objectivity of the Criminal Case Circumstances Analysis in the Process of Their Investigation in Court

This article reveals the necessity of the legislative strengthening of not only the universality and completeness principle but the principle of objectivity too of the investigation in court in the Russian Federation Criminal and Procedure Code.

The author examines the actions directed to the ensuring of the judges independence and objectivity (impartiality) in the criminal cases proceedings.
