The Agreement of the Apartment House Management

A new for the present civil legislation type of the agreement is analyzed by the author in this article.

The author gives its definition and names its characteristics and legal nature.

Some problems evolved from the practical work in the process of such agreement signing are defined on the bases of the RF Housing Code norms.
