The questions of the building protected computer systems on base SELinux are considered. There are discussed completely and partly controlled computer systems with a mandatory access control. For execution of critical applications is offered by computer system on base SELinux with hardware and software protection. Designed by computer system is offered as partly controlled computer system with raised requirements to safety.
