The Article is devoted to the analysis of the phenomenon of power as a factor of transformation of the present medical sphere in Russia. The influence of the political power on the sphere of medicine at macrolevel is exhibited in advancing if the liberal project as a program reformation of the Russian health protection. The aspect of power of bureaucratic and medical capital interaction defines an ability of the medical sphere for conservation of its autonomy. The main trends to overpatching in the medical sphere and the threats, connected to them, are brought to light in this article.
