The religious doctrine of the secret society #Tiandihui# in the works of russian and western historians

The author of the article investigates some aspects of the religious views of the secret society #Tiandihui#. The different versions of foundation and motivations of the activity of the society are examined in the article. The author pays attention to the importance of the religious doctrine as one of the main components of the existence of secret societies in Chine in XVIII#XIX centuries.
