Pedagogical technology is examined at two different levels of the professional and pedagogical activity: scientifically and theoretically as well as mentally and practically. Its realization assumes the educational specialist joining to hermeneutical sphere which is given to the educational specialist but it is not determined. The effectiveness of the hermeneutical sphere becomes apparent in the case that its joining opens for the educational specialist another, new vision of the pedagogical process, creates preconditions for the construction of the humane oriented technology of the educational practice.
