The legal nature of an institution of a special order of making a decision in presence of defendant's agreement with a charge brought to him

The legal nature of an institution of a special order of making a decision in presence of defendant's agreement with a charge brought to him is researched in the article.

It is compared with such forms of simplification of court procedure as "plea bargaining", "court order" and institutions typical for "reducing justice".

The amendments on perfection of legal control of a special order of making a decision, which are followed from its legal nature, are also contained in the article.
